Join us for an evening dedicated to one of Maine's most celebrated artisan cheesemakers: Fuzzy Udder Creamery of Whitefield. Known for their award-winning lineup of goat, cow, and sheep milk cheeses, Fuzzy Udder has built a passionate following across the state, and this four-course pop-up dinner is your chance to taste why. Each course will feature a different cheese from their lineup, first sampled on its own, then showcased in a thoughtfully crafted dish, with owners Michael and Jacqui Segura on hand throughout the evening to share the stories behind each one. Rounding it all out, Certified Cicerone® Will Laliberte of Mad Scientist Brewing returns to curate a Maine craft beer pairing for each course.
