Wiggly Bridge Distillery

No one can deny that the founder of Wiggly Bridge Distillery, David Woods, is an enthusiastic, lifelong entrepreneur. Having spent most of his life dabbling in a multitude of business ventures around York County, Wiggly Bridge is just one of many projects he has undertaken. David Woods Jr pitched the initial idea to start making their own spirits at a family dinner, and soon the two set out on a journey to teach themselves all they could about distilling. Father and son traveled to the family vacation home on the island of Montserrat to build their own copper still and test all kinds of recipes. What they emerged with was the know-how to establish Wiggly Bridge in 2013 and whiskies that have been pulling in awards ever since!

Wiggly Bridge’s tasting room was originally built as a barn in the late 1800s and all spirits served are made in-house. You can peek through the windows to watch the magic happen! And if you’re thirsty to learn more, Wiggly Bridge offers tours, classes, and even a “Distiller For A Day” program for you to get the full experience!
