Heather and Michael Holland are the powerhouse duo behind Outland’s unique concept: a family-owned craft brewery serving up local, farm-to-table dishes produced either on their farm or by other Maine artisans! Both the Hollands hail from Connecticut originally, where Michael sharpened his brewing skills and launched his own manufacturing company and Heather studied horticulture and landscape management. Together, they’ve combined their expertise and talents to create the ultimate food and drink destination in Pittsfield.
