The gourmet magic all happens in their smokehouse located in Winter Harbor, where the years of professional food and sales experience of the Johnson family are thoughtfully smoked into each product. And, their craft isn’t just limited to fish- Grindstone Neck of Maine also creates and smokes shellfish, spreads, and cheeses, including the iconic Betta than Chedda cheese spread that started it all.
