A diverse farm operation specializing in maple products.

Eureka Farms

Eureka Farms is owned and operated by father-son duo Hollis and Seth Edwards, who have family roots in the potato business up in Aroostook county. In fact, Eureka Farms has inherited its name from the original Edwards family potato brand! Tending to the land is a year-round job for the Edwards, but the work they do in sustaining their part of Maine’s sugarbush is admirable and necessary.

Eureka Farms is largely centered around maple products, but by no means are the Edwards limited to sugar shack work. They also produce honey, cultivate beans, and craft delicious spice blends and sauces! A visit to their beautiful farm store is well worth it.
