Colonni's

Representing Maine’s undersung Italian-American heritage, Colonni’s is a small, family-run business that provides family recipes for Italian foodstuffs to Central Maine and the Midcoast. The original recipe for their delicious red sauce came from Nonna Concetta, originally from Caramancio, Italy, who touched down on US shores in 1915! If that’s not enough, they also make seasoning mixes and infused oils - plenty of goodies to put together an authentically delicious Italian-Maine dinner. Keep an eye out at local food co-ops and farmers’ markets, and follow them on Facebook to see what food fairs all throughout Maine they’re attending. Once you’re there, you can sample some of their hot pizza and pasta sauces in-person!
