Abraham's Goat Farm & Creamery

Abraham’s Goat Farm & Creamery is an impressive, 1st-generation family goat farm located at the heart of Newport, ME. Back in 2005, the Wardwell family were living busy lives all up and down the east coast, but when the family patriarch was hit with a health scare, it forced the family to stop and evaluate their purpose in life. Feeling spiritually compelled to educate their children and future generations about where their food comes from and the work that goes into it, the Wardwells founded Abraham’s. With experience in running one of the town of Ellsworth’s oldest Mexican restaurants, The Mex, and selling tasty salsas and fajita mixes, the Wardwell family already knew that their farm products were going to have a culinary bent. These days, Abraham’s offers beef, pork, chicken, and goat meats, dairy products from both cows and goats, and even some ready-made products like their delicious frozen pizzas!
