Smoked Seafood Board

Cold smoked salmon (Grindstone Neck of Maine), Hot smoked salmon (Maine-ly Smoked Salmon), Spicy Crab Spread (Coldwater Seafood), Smoked Pollock Spread (Dunstan Smokehouse and Maine Coast Fishermen's Association) and Smoked Eel Dip (housemade with American Unagi eel). Served with furikake cream cheese, Atlantic Sea Farms fermented seaweed salad, and a variety of crackers and bread.
