FIORE means “flower” in Italian; over the last fifteen years we’ve blossomed into an award-winning woman-owned business based in Bar Harbor, Maine. Our mission is to provide the freshest, highest quality, authentic, and scarce olive oils, vinegars, and specialty foods. We provide excellent personal service in a pleasant educational atmosphere, all wrapped in the warm feel of an Old-World shop.

FIORE charts our own course, sourcing our extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars from small family producers around the world to bring you freshness and quality you cannot find anywhere outside of the olive grove or vineyard. In-store, these tasty oils and balsamic vinegars are housed in stainless steel vats to conserve freshness and quality – and your selections are filled on demand to take home or to ship.
