About

Looking for a Tuesday night worth leaving the house for? Join instructor Jeff Mao for this six-part, hands-on cooking series where you'll cook up delicious dishes to enjoy for dinner, each one thoughtfully paired with a different variety of tea. Good food, great tea, and even better company.

Each session in this series will focus on a different style of Chinese tea, sourced from a Maine-based tea company, and explores what makes that tea unique, from flavor to processing. After tasting and learning about the featured tea, you’ll roll up your sleeves to cook a dish designed to pair with it (listed above with each date), along with a complementary side dish to complete the meal.

Take all six classes and enjoy the series start to finish, or just take one or two - build your own tea adventure. For those who want the full experience, sign up for all 6 classes and save 20%. Click here to sign up for the discounted class package.

We’ll provide all ingredients, materials, equipment, recipe sheets, and product lists to take home. Classes are held in our Learning Center and taught by Jeff Mao of Knead & Nosh. All you need to bring is your apron!
