Peach bourbon smash, strawberry daiquiris, margaritas—did you know that the flavors of these cocktails can be captured in homemade fruit jams and jellies? Learn from UMaine Cooperative Extension staff and Master Food Preserver volunteers how to safely use alcohol and liqueurs when preserving fruits with delicious results. TGIF!
