Asian Soups with Red Kettle Kimchi
Broaden your soup and stew repertoire this spring with four different Asian soups. Ger Liang Tysk of Red Kettle Kimchi will take you on a culinary adventure through Chinese, Japanese, and Korean soups, guiding you as you prepare delicious, warming dishes like Cantonese congee and Korean kimchi stew. The best part? You'll get to eat the soups you make in a group lunch at the end of class!
This hands-on workshop take place in our Learning Center building. All ingredients, supplies and recipes will be provided. Stay after the class to enjoy a beverage from menu in the Tasting Room - it's included with the cost of your ticket!
